Part-time Finance/HR Assistant 15 hours per week
Support Staff Pay Range NJC Grade 2 scp 3 – 8 £20,812 - £22,777 pro-rata
(actual salary £7,478 - £8,373 depending on BCC continuous service)
12 month fixed term contract to start May 2023
Working 15 hours per week term time only (9:00am – 2:00pm Tuesday – Thursday or Wednesday - Friday)
Regents Park Community Primary School is seeking to appoint a part-time Finance/HR Assistant to join our vibrant admin team. Working 3 days per week between 9:00am and 2:00pm the post holder will be supporting the provision of financial and administrative activities relating to HR and financial management. You will have experience of working within an administrative role and bring with you the ability to work effectively and efficiently, using your own initiative. You will already have experience of working in an administrative support role and will be adept at using Microsoft office. Experience of using school information management systems and school finance systems is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include meeting deadlines, processing official purchase orders and invoices, assisting the School Business Manager with the recruitment process, inputting staff absence and HR data, banking monies, upkeep of financial records, filing and ability to maintain funds under the official accounting procedures.
