School is Open –Thursday 9th July 2026 & Friday 10th July 2026

School Open During Hot Weather:

Due to the current high temperatures, we have put additional measures in place to keep pupils and staff safe. These include regular hydration breaks, access to cooler learning spaces, relocating some classes where appropriate, and adapting activities during the hottest parts of the day.

School remains open as normal, and we will continue to monitor conditions throughout the day in line with our risk assessment and national guidance.

Please ensure your child:

1. brings a named water bottle;
2. wears lightweight clothing (school jumpers and cardigans are not required);
3. has sunscreen applied before school where appropriate; and
4. brings a sun hat if possible.
