Please remember to book your appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher on one of the two parents’ evenings we are arranging for Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd February. Parents’ evenings start at 3.15pm and finish at 5.35pm. Parents arriving after 5.45pm will not be admitted and will have to rearrange an appointment.
Please arrive promptly at your allotted time—staff have allocated 10 minute interviews per child and been reminded that they should not overrun either.
We will provide a crèche for very young children during parents evening. We will also have a book fair available for you to buy your child books. Also at parents evening you will be able to take home with you your child’s Mid-Year Pupil Progress Summary.
Changes to the entry to and exit from the building for Parents’ Evenings—Because of congestion of people at the main entrance we are asking parents to enter the building via the Dining Hall from the playground. Parents waiting for early appointments can wait under the canopy. On entry you will be asked to sign in and take an ID sticker. After appointments, parents will need to go back via the Dining Hall to sign out and exit the building.
