Year 7 Transition

Most of your secondary schools should have contacted you to let you know what work you need to do on transition day. Some will be hosting live online lessons while others have posted you work booklets to complete. Please follow the instructions given to you by your secondary school.

Below are some links to further information for each school. If you are unsure of what you need to do, please contact the school directly. We have also provided you with some work to complete on transition day in case your secondary school has not given you any (you only need to complete this if you have not been sent work from your secondary school).
