Watch the video above, think about your day and use the knowledge you already know about diary recounts (diary entries). Think about using conjunctions, rich vocabulary and prepositions.

 

Conjunctions: and, because, until, due to, since, for, before...

Prepositions: on, in, under, down, above, next to, Firstly, At 1 o'clock, In the morning, Before Sunset...

Rich vocabulary: tier 2 words: gigantic, rapidly, as quick as a flash etc...

 

Write a diary entry/recount of your day. Make it interesting and remember to read your work out loud so that it makes sense.
