Free School Meal Vouchers - Holidays
Dear Parents/Carers,
Birmingham City Council to provide meal vouchers for holiday periods
Birmingham City Council will be ensuring families eligible for free school meals will get the help they need over Easter and half-term breaks. These vouchers are for children whose parents are in receipt of certain benefits.
Downloading the vouchers
You will be sent an email which will have a supermarket eVoucher for VoucherShop for children reception to year 6.
As the amount paid for free school meals for nursery age children is calculated at 40% of the full statutory age child amount, BCC Education Department have secured funding at at a lower value than school for each nursery child.
** Vouchers must be downloaded by the date specified in your email **
You are able to spend vouchers in local supermarkets including Morrisons, Aldi, Asda and many more participating stores. For more information on how to redeem vouchers see this link http://bit.ly/3bdQT9q.
Important information
If you have not done so already, please email enquiry@rgntpark.bham.sch.uk include your child’s full name, date of birth and class so we can update records with your current email address, should we issue further vouchers.
